Delivery Charges and Timings

We specially package our products. Upon your request, we’ll also include a gift card and message from you. We offer a variety of shipping options.

Orders to the UK mainland only: 

Orders over £30 are shipped (Royal Mail Standard Tracked)  FREE of charge (excluding VAT applicable on any products).

Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

Orders under £30 are charged according to which option has been selected:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked: Flat fee of £2.80. Maximum weight allowed  is 2.00kg. Orders will normally take between 3 and 6 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Tracked: Flat fee of £3.30. Maximum weight allowed  is 2.00kg. Orders will normally take between 2 and 3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
  • Parcelforce 48: Flat fee of 11.99 per 2.00kg. No weight restrictions.  Orders will normally take between 2 and 3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.

Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Island and other Islands: 

We are sorry that we cannot offer free shipping to these areas:

Northern Island: BT (All), IM and ZE

* Standard, Nominated and Next Day Delivery - Please be aware that an extra day is required for our carrier to make deliveries to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands. Saturday Delivery are currently unavailable to these locations, sorry. 

Please note all orders for a Next day service need to be placed before2pm to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, then a refund will be issued for the full order provided the order is not accepted on delivery.

TopEcoTaste cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is to fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have singed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advanced.

If your order has been delivered late you can be entitled to a refund on these costs. Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Parcelforce 48 are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable

 Returns Information (UK customers)

Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

We can offer a returns service at our discretion for £3.99 for non-faulty goods; the customer will need to include the order number and reason for return with any item

Chocolate and Warm Weather

With temperatures set to soar in the UK at Summer time we want to reassure you that we’re making every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. 

This includes upgrading our Standard Deliveries to arrive a little sooner than the usual 3-5 working days, ensuring that it’s not our chocolates that are enjoying too much of the glorious sunshine!

In the event that your order has suffered as a result of the heat, please do get in touch and we’ll honour our 100% Guarantee.

Delivery Instructions

At the time of ordering you can also provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help us with your delivery. Typically, this could include leaving an order with a neighbor or perhaps in a safe place if you are not home. We will pass your contact telephone number and delivery instructions on to our carrier to aid delivery – who will then either call the contact number provided or leave a card to let you know where to find your order if it has been left, or what to do next if we have missed you. Please note the contact number you provide will not be used for marketing purposes.

Please note we would recommend that you do not send your order to a PO Box (larger or multiple item orders sent to a PO Box address may not be delivered).

Packing Your Order

Gift Box Orders: Every gift box will be delivered in our protective, specially printed packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our gift boxes are made to order by our dedicated team, and may take slightly longer to prepare during our peak trading times. Whilst we will make every effort to dispatch all gift boxes when requested, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery if ordered after 2pm, or if the quantity is over fifteen. We guarantee that your products will arrive in perfect conditions. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply returns them to us for a prompt and courteous replacement exchange, or refund..

Adverse Weather Conditions

We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.
